Warranty information

Should a product be faulty and constitute a warranty claim our contact formis the first point of contact.


Many manufacturers offer direct customer assistance via a service centre. If this is the case, we advise you to either directly send or drop off the article at the respective service centre. By doing so, you will benefit from fast warranty processing and direct contact.

When returning, please contact us via the contact form or by phone, in any case, provide a precise description of the fault as well as the purchase receipt and package the article properly.
