What to do in the event of transport damage?
Despite careful packaging and all efforts to deliver flawless products to our customers, transport damage may occur in the minority of cases. Therefore, please always inspect the goods for damages upon delivery. Do not accept damaged goods, register the issue with the delivery company and inform us of the matter through our contact form.
If the above is not possible or the damage is only detected at a later stage, please inform us of the damage within five days through our contact form.
To ensure quick handling, the following information and documents will be required:
- Consignment or parcel number
- Description or documentation (photo) of the damage
- Notification regarding how you wish to proceed (return shipment, exchange or credit note)
Upon receipt of your message, we will report the damage to the respective transport company, which will carry out a damage evaluation. You will subsequently be informed about the findings. If the transport damage is covered by transport insurance, you may request an exchange or credit note.
